Here's how to best prepare for your appointment:

1. Reserve a meeting appointment

Please schedule your appointment at least 14 days in advance from today.

2. Perform a blood test
Have your blood analysis done at VitalCheck, Sonic Suisse or another walk-in laboratory of your choice.

 

Have relevant biomarkers determined.
For the evaluation, we need the following values:
- Albumin

- Alanine aminotransferase (GPT)

- creatinine

- HbA1c

- HDL cholesterol

- Triglycerides and your age.

 

3. Submit results
Once your results are available, please upload them no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Your data will be used exclusively for your BioAge analysis and will be treated confidentially.

By submitting your blood test results, you agree that your data will be processed for the purpose of evaluation and discussion. The data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.

4. Attend the appointment

Your results will be discussed and interpreted personally with Anja Wieland during a joint online appointment. You will receive your personal report as well as individual recommendations and possible next steps regarding prevention, health, and longevity.
