The BioAge Health Check is based on a scientifically validated model from SevenAge and uses selected blood values to assess age-related changes in the body.

Here's how it works:

1. Book an appointment

By booking, you directly reserve a personal online appointment for the subsequent evaluation and discussion of your results.

Please schedule your appointment at least 14 days in advance to allow sufficient time for blood sampling and analysis.

2. Have your blood values analyzed

After booking, you will receive all the information about the required blood values as well as information on suitable walk-in laboratories, such as VitalCheck or Sonic Suisse.

The analysis considers a total of seven factors: six blood markers and your age. You will need to draw your own blood; this is not included in the price. Depending on the laboratory, the cost for this typically ranges from CHF 50 to 80.

3. Submit results

Once your blood test results are available, simply send them to the contact details provided in the information.

4. Evaluation & Recommendation

In our joint online appointment, we will discuss your results, your estimated biological age, possible next steps, and individual recommendations regarding prevention, health, and long-term well-being.
